The Oldest Book in the Bible 

According to the best biblical scholarship, the Book of Genesis is not the oldest book in the Bible but it is actually the Book of Job.  Job refers to some of the patriarchs and Abraham’s descendants and relatives by name and so predates Moses.  Even though the Book of Job is the oldest book in the Bible, we don’t know who the author actually is because he is not identified.
